National Centre for Writing
The National Centre for Writing celebrates and explores the artistic and social power of creative writing and literary translation. Their ongoing programme of innovative collaborations engages writers, literary translators, and readers, in-person and online, in projects that support new voices and new stories, and respond to the rapidly changing world of writing.
They provide a vast amount of free resources for writers and it’s a great place to start learning to write.

Reedsy
Co-founder Emmanuel Nataf was a business student at the Rouen Business School, and he moonlighted as a management consultant. While reading his Kindle, he saw an opportunity to use technology to help publishing professionals work as freelancers while helping fledgling authors navigate the self-publishing world. He wanted authors to have the same level of quality that writers get from their affiliations with traditional publishing houses. He credited Amazon for disrupting the publishing industry, and enabling firms like Reedsy to exist.
